Precautions during operation of Raymond Mill

Raymond mill has high efficiency, low power consumption, small floor area and small one-time investment. It is widely used for high-fine powder processing of more than 280 kinds of materials in non flammable and explosive industries such as limestone, potassium feldspar, bentonite, kaolin, cement, gypsum, glass, etc. with Mohs hardness not greater than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%. The particle size of Raymond mill finished products can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 80-325 mesh, and some materials can reach 600 mesh.
1. Since the pulverizer smashes the materials by means of the impact and friction between the grinding roller, grinding ring and abrasive, the operation vibration and noise of the machine are large. But the sound is uniform and there should be no abnormal sound. In case of abnormal sound or sudden rise of main engine current and failure to drop for a long time, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
2. The feeding particle size should be uniform and the speed should be appropriate. Too slow will reduce the output, too fast will block the air duct, the machine will not work, and even cause accidents. The feeding speed can be adjusted according to the rise and fall of the motor current of the host machine.
3. The material entering the main machine for grinding shall be block. If it is powder or there is more powder in the block, the output of the pulverizer will be reduced.
4. The classifier motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation. Adjust the frequency conversion rate knob of its controller to obtain different classifier speeds. The higher the speed is, the finer the particle size of the finished product is.
5. Check the bearing frequently. If the temperature rise exceeds 80 ℃ or there is abnormal noise, stop the machine for inspection.
6. The newly installed unit shall be subject to experimental commissioning first to check the accuracy and reliability of installation. The empty machine should not be tested for more than two minutes. Stop the machine to check the rotation flexibility of all parts, whether there is overheating, whether the bolts are loose and whether the vibration of the host machine is too large. After adjustment, the feeding and trial production can be carried out. Stop the machine and check the above items after one hour. If there is no problem, it can be transferred to normal production.
