Impact crushering: It is suitable for processing various coarse, medium and fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) whose side length is less than 500mm and compressive strength is less than 350MPa. It is widely used in highway construction, water conservancy engineering and construction of crushed stone processing and other fields, and is an ideal processing equipment for aggregates.

The difference in crushing effect:

The impact crusher goes through the process of 2-3 times of counterattack shaping. The product has a good grain shape, which is rounder than the hammer crushed grain shape, and the crushing is relatively large, generally 10-25, and the highest can reach 50. Usually secondary shaping is performed. It is used, but the powder content of the product is also high because of the number of blows.
